Autumn Brooks is a native of the Connecticut forests who has resided in California for two decades after a sojourn in Iowa to attend college . She writes psychological and supernatural thrillers and erotic and socio-political poetry. Autumn has been published in Playgirl, and has had poetry and erotic photography published on www.cleansheets.com. She has also written and narrated the script for a video about local veterans establishing a Vietnam Memorial.

Autumn lives within the shadows of the Sierra Nevada Mountains where she loves to hike and indulge in one of her passions--digital nature photography capturing the rugged mountain terrain which she uses to illustrate all of her poetry. Her other passions are the family of cats and dogs which own her, singing, and target shooting. She is the proud mom of two adult sons and one beautiful daughter-in-law. She is profoundly grateful to her family, and to her beloved friends, Don and Marga, for their belief and strength.
