| Melinda
was born an only child to college professors, and spent school
days prowling the university library and summer days exploring
- forests, castles, pyramids - wherever her parents' summer breaks
took them. Everything she learned about life - and sex! - while
hiding in the library stacks, wandering through castle passages
and peeking around thick tree trunks has come in handy now. As
they say, write what you know! This is her first short story.
The truth is Melinda is the pen-name of a longtime journalist
who wants to break into fiction. She is one of five children and
has lived all her life in the Texas Panhandle.
I think the first one is much better and more fun .....
